37 Scoops of Icecream

Hello everyone!

Hope your week was awesome!! Mine was pretty dang good. I had a blast
all week long so it was super fun!

Monday we didn't really do anything, just chilled and emailed and
stuff, and then one of our ward mission leaders in the North Logan
stake (one of our 3) called us and told us he was coming to pick us
up-so his name is Bro Jackson, he used to race motocross
professionally, he loves Mtn Dew (and gave me one) and is just a
stud!!! He talked about what was going on in his ward, and he's brand
new to the calling but has 3 families that he says are ready to be
taught! He is a baller!!

Tuesday we had our huddle, then planned District Meeting, and then
went and did some service for Christine and Dusty! They appreciated
it, and she was super excited for Saturday! That night, we taught the
14th Ward Youth about missions and stuff, cause they are doing a mini
mission thing!

Wednesday was awesome!! So we had District Meeting, then our
devotional, and then we went and did baptisms at the temple with the
Hymas Fam!! It was a super cool experience, and they really loved it!
Afterwards, we went to Angie's to get some food, and they have this
icecream challenge where you have to eat a whole sink that is full of
icecream. Well of course we did it, and we finished it!! I carried the
team on my back and basically ate the whole thing, but it was a blast
still! I was so full!

Thursday we had a bomb lesson with Christine, and just went over the
baptism questions, and she goes "Ive already looked at these! I am
ready to be baptized!" It was super cool to see her faith and
testimony already there! After that, we had an awesome lesson with
Brock about the importance of reading and stuff, then had another
lesson with Todd! That guy cracks me up. He is full of conspiracy
theories and he talked about them a lot and it just makes me laugh
some of the stuff people come up with! For example: he thinks that
when the New World Order takes over, they will convert all the
Walmarts into prisons to hold people! Hahaha so funny man.

Friday was pretty sweet, we got a call to do service so we brought
some of the other Elders in our district and we show up and it an
older guy in his 80s who is President Monson's cousin! That was
majestic, and he and his wife took us to get some food after. It was a
good time. Then, Christine had her interview and she killed it!! Then
that night had an awesome surprise, Dylan came and visited while he
was driving down to Arizona since he leaves in like a month to Brazil!
It was awesome to see him and talk and stuff, brought back lots of fun
memories of us and the gang! Miss those guys, but they are all out
there killing it!

Saturday we had Christine's baptism!!!! It went super well, and her
husband baptized her and the ward showed some major support and it was
just great! I also met a girl that is one of the Relief Society's
presidents daughter who just got home from her mission in Manchester!
Sister Popa knew Kyle, so that was awesome! The rest of that day we
wrote our talks and just tried to set up some appointments! Sunday we
had our usual meetings, and then spoke in the North Logan stake on
missionary work! It was a good time. Then after, we ate dinner at the
Lindsay's, and Sister Lindsay grew up with my mom and aunt so that was
super fun! They used to live in Gilbert before they moved here!

Well sorry this email is so long, I just had an awesome week! I hope
you all have great weeks, and remember to watch conference this
weekend!! I'm so pumped for it and so happy that we have a prophet on
the Earth today to lead and guide us! Love and miss you all!
